shower design problem high charge
the refill points for water were a good feature at the hotel.
The shower's design allowed water to leak out, it was quite annoying. additionally, i was charged for a towel i used to clean up the water. It was considered dirty. the charge was initially high but was reduced after i complained..

I found the rooftop pool to be excellent. The restaurant provided good pizzas. The family room I had was spacious with two bathrooms and a washing machine. It worked well for our family of four.

The rooftop pool is amazing. i also really liked the gym. It had good equipment. the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant's food was very tasty. the room was clean and spacious. it had a modern design with plenty of greenery giving it a calm, relaxing vibe.
The tv is useless. It is locked to some hotel software so the only things you can do are look at pre-loaded hotel information. i could not watch netflix, youtube, or any of my streaming apps.
